Furthermore, the report assesses the efficiency, effectiveness, and equity of social and education spending, emphasizing the need to improve the efficiency, equity, and delivery of healthcare and social assistance, and ensure the sustainability of the pension system. It also underscores the importance of improving the efficiency of procurement and agricultural subsidies to ensure sustainability and resilience.
